Very few wines can be said to have been matured under the sea, rocked by the caprice of the tides. Ours wines can. That is precisely what makes them special, and it is due to this process that they have evolved so uniquely and cannot be replicated through traditional maturation methods.

MAGNA MARE

D.O. RIBERA DEL DUERO

Magna Mare, 100% Tempranillo. Harvested manually in their own limestone soil vineyards, located in the Ribera del Duero. This wine is matured for 14 months in new French oak barrels, and later undergoes a long maturation in the bottle in the cellars to ensure an optimal integration of the high tannic structure provided by the new oak.

Grand Mare, 100% Tempranillo. This wine is made directly in 225-litre French oak barrels for 14 days at low temperatures, with 4-5 daily punch downs, where it initially undergoes alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation, seeking an aromatic complexity…

DEUS MARE

D.O. RÍAS BAIXAS

Deus Mare, 100% Albariño. This single varietal wine is made with their own selected grapes and harvested manually on the Condado do Tea estates.
Before vinification, a part of the “flower must” is separated from another part of the must that has been cold macerated with the skins for 24 hours. Via this method, a greater aromatic expression of the skin is achieved without losing the fruity aromas of the must.

CV 01, Coupage: (55%) Macabeo, (40%) Xarel·lo and (5%) Parellada. Harvested manually in their own vineyards of calcareous-clay soils. Our emblematic cava is the result of diligent quality control throughout the production process always prioritising the natural processes to take place with the utmost respect.

Our wines do.

Immersing yourself in the flavours of our wines that have just been retrieved from the water after six months of maturation is an experience that takes you to the depths of the sea, but this experience is even further enhanced by being able to compare that flavour to that of the original wine in its prior condition.
In order to do this, we present two different packs so that you may choose the option that best suits your tastes and desires.

At The Sea Wine Club we understand the value of uniqueness. For this reason, we offer you the opportunity of purchasing your underwater wines before we submerge them, so that you can ensure that they are available as soon as we retrieve them from the sea.
The restricted space in our silos constrains us to immersing only a limited number of bottles, therefore by making your advance purchase you will have your wines guaranteed, and with the certainty that the product reaches your hands and your table as quickly as possible.

The journey and transformation that wine undergoes during underwater maturation represents the spirit of our project.

Our underwater wine cellar is in continuous movement and in search of new ways to add nuances to selected wines.
