10. PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY.
The prices that appear on the web are inclusive of VAT.
Several forms of payment are accepted:

Unless there are unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, all orders will be delivered within a maximum time period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
The delivery period begins from the day the order is placed.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be informed of the situation and you will be given the option to continue with the purchased having established a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please bear in mind that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purpose of these Conditions, it will be assumed that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered from the moment that you or a third party indicates that they have acquired possession of the product by signing the receipt of the delivery at the agreed delivery address.
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and we will ensure that a receipt is signed and authenticated with the personal identification (DNI) of the person receiving the merchandise. If we are unable to find a safe location, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it shipped to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the event that your order has been out for delivery for 3 days and it has still has not reached you for reasons not attributed to us, we will return the order to our facilities. As a result of the incident, the order will be retained by us for a period of 15 days so that you may claim it. Please note that after this period of 15 days, you will lose all right to claim the product and the contract will be terminated without the right to a refund, since we deal with perishable products. If you claim the order, there may be additional transport costs derived from the resolution, of which we will be authorised to pass on.
11. PRODUCT RETURN AND GUARANTEES.
Since these goods may deteriorate, the purchaser does not reserve the right to return them.
The right to return the product is only reserved if the product arrives damaged.
