10. PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY.

The prices that appear on the web are inclusive of VAT.

Several forms of payment are accepted:

1. Card payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
2. We have a protected payment system through a payment gateway and secure payment processing platforms, Pay Pal and Stripe.
3. Our website uses a server based on one of the most reliable secure payment systems on the Internet: the SSL security protocol (Secure Socked Layer). (For more information, visit www.ssl.com). All personal data and the information that is imputed is sent in an encrypted form through the network, and is protected and encrypted before being sent for processing.
For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it for the buyer to authorise the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. The payment gateway we use for credit card payment is Banco Santander, which encrypts the purchaser’s data using the 256-bit SSL protocol. Our system does not store any bank details credit card details as they are sent directly to the Bank’s Ecommerce POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

Shipping costs

1. Shipping costs in mainland Spain are free for purchases equal to or greater than €50.
2. For purchases less than €50, the shipping costs are as follows:

Unless there are unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, all orders will be delivered within a maximum time period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

The delivery period begins from the day the order is placed.

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be informed of the situation and you will be given the option to continue with the purchased having established a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please bear in mind that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purpose of these Conditions, it will be assumed that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered from the moment that you or a third party indicates that they have acquired possession of the product by signing the receipt of the delivery at the agreed delivery address.

If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and we will ensure that a receipt is signed and authenticated with the personal identification (DNI) of the person receiving the merchandise. If we are unable to find a safe location, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it shipped to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the event that your order has been out for delivery for 3 days and it has still has not reached you for reasons not attributed to us, we will return the order to our facilities. As a result of the incident, the order will be retained by us for a period of 15 days so that you may claim it. Please note that after this period of 15 days, you will lose all right to claim the product and the contract will be terminated without the right to a refund, since we deal with perishable products. If you claim the order, there may be additional transport costs derived from the resolution, of which we will be authorised to pass on.

11. PRODUCT RETURN AND GUARANTEES.

Since these goods may deteriorate, the purchaser does not reserve the right to return them.

The right to return the product is only reserved if the product arrives damaged.

Therefore, if the product is not in accordance with the contract, you should inform us by following the procedure detailed in the previous section and via any of the means of communication provided for this purpose.

12. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and consent that all copyright, registered trademark and other industrial and intellectual property rights over the materials or content provided as part of the website belongs to us, or to those who have granted its licence for its use, at all times.

· Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
· Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
· Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
· Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
· Pandemics.

It is implicit that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and we will be granted an extension in the terms to fulfil the said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause of Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution that allows us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.

19. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS

We have the right to review and modify these Terms at any time.

You will be subject to the policies and Conditions that are in force at the time of use of this website.

20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes that arise from or are related to the use of the website will be governed by Spanish legislation and will be heard at the relevant Courts, which will be those of the registered office of the contracting entity.
