Every wine begins in a place. Selection in the vineyard and work in the winery are guided by how it will later develop beneath the sea.
Each wine is crafted with its evolution beneath the sea in mind. Selection at the source, work in the winery and maturation in the Mediterranean are part of a single pursuit: discovering the full expression of its character.
We have worked with the University of Alicante to study how wine develops beneath the sea. Research complements the intuition and experience of our winemakers.

At Bodega Submarina del Mediterráneo, we create authentic gems born from an underwater maturation process at the bottom of the Mediterranean, whose results surprise and inspire, giving our wines the opportunity to develop nuances, flavors and aromas that transform them into something truly exclusive.
